At Cycology Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition. If your new kit doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
